Stronger Together Project
We believe every child and young person deserves to grow up in a community where they feel safe, valued, and respected.
The Highlands is becoming increasingly diverse, with families from many cultural and faith backgrounds making this their home. While this enriches our communities, it has also sadly coincided with a rise in reported racial incidents and discrimination.
Diversity enriches our communities
While this enriches our communities, it has also sadly coincided with a rise in reported racial incidents and discrimination. The Stronger Together project was created to respond to these challenges, bringing schools and communities together to celebrate diversity and promote inclusion.
The project is built on the idea that when we understand and value each other’s differences, we all grow stronger. Through interactive workshops, lesson plans, and resources, we help children and young people explore respect, kindness, identity, and equality. We also support teachers and community leaders with guidance to tackle discrimination and build inclusive environments.
